For Italy and Europe the VAT is 22%.

SHIPPING TIMES:
We ship from Italy. Each order will be prepared and shipped within two business days.
Europe: 1-2 business days.
UAE: 2-3 business days.
Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and remote areas **: 3-4 business days.

RETURNS
The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. The return can be made by e-mail to the addressurati@jcgorreri.it.
